the check-in was chaos, with blatant line-cutters and no effort from the staff. i also couldn't believe they didn't upgrade my room after a harrowing wait. breakfast was underwhelming and lacked choices, but at least the restaurant staff were good—although that hardly compensated for the mediocre stay. i almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

Allowed a late check-out at 4 pm from one of the rooms, which was a nice touch.
Power outages occurred regularly, which was frustrating. Closed main road limited access to the hotel entrance, making arrivals and departures inconvenient. The lift had long wait times due to full occupancy, and the restaurant tables had sharp edges that could be a hazard.

Delighted by my stay! Spacious, clean room with no noise from the highway. Breakfast was tasty, albeit limited. The restaurant served excellent pure vegetarian food. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making my family feel welcomed. A great place to relax after a day of exploration.
